The purpose of the Purchase Plus Improvements program is to help qualified home buyers tailor improvements immediately after taking possession of their home where the improvements will increase the value of the property. There is a hold back on the cost of improvements until an inspection by a League Savings and Mortgage approved appraiser confirms the work has been completed. All improvements should be fully completed within 90 days of the initial advance for the purchase.
