A factory-built structure in two or more sections in accordance with provincial and local building codes and transported to the property site for final assemble. Built with a wood floor system and designed to go on a concrete foundation, with a full basement or crawl space.
New Construction – 2 draws are allowable. The first draw is for the installation of the well, septic and foundation. The final draw occurs when the home is delivered and set on the foundation. The home must be 100% complete. An inspection is required.
Property taxes can be collected with mortgage payment.
Cash back mortgages offered, up to 5% (can not be used for down payment).
Title Insurance is accepted.
