Questionnaire for Potential Mortgage and Deposit Brokers

League Savings and Mortgage is a credit union owned company providing a full range of mortgage and investment products to Atlantic Canada credit unions and others.

Thank you for your interest in considering LSM as a provider of mortgage and investment products. As part of our due-diligence we require all new brokers to complete the following questionnaire. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Once completed and approved we will send a Brokerage Agreement to be signed by a signing officer of your company.

As required by FINTRAC, we will be forwarding required training on Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing.
