Arranging Financing

Once you have received the quotes from your contractors and you are ready to arrange your financing, you should have the following information upon application:
- All necessary quotes including the Estimating Worksheet.
- A set of your certified building plans.
- We will require verification of income. This may be a recent T4, tax return or current pay stub.
